Using forearms, elbows and thumbs to achieve a deeper pressure into knots and tension.
My Deep Tissue treatments conclude with a steamed towel compress and a cooling muscle balm.

Aromatherapy Massage

Following consultation, I carefully select a blend of essential oils to address my client's needs on an emotional, physical and mental level. This treatment can be carried out at the client's preferred pressure.

Hot Stone Massage

Volcanic Basalt stones are heated and used as a massage tool as heat beats into tense, tight and stressed tissues, providing deep relaxation. Warm pre-blended aromatherapy oil provides the base for a flow of manual massage sequences.

5-in-1 Muscle Package

Ideal for those with a great deal of tension, particularly in the back, neck & shoulder area.
This package was designed by myself, and uses a variety of techniques for targeted results: Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Swedish and Mechanical massage.
My 5-in-1 package concludes with a steamed towel compress and a cooling muscle gel.

Lava Shell Massage

Dubbed "The new hot stones" by Vogue Magazine, Lava Shells take a Hot Stone Massage to a whole new level!
Tiger Clam Shells are heated and used as a massage tool to glide over and into tense and tight muscles.
The knuckle and edge of the shell crunch into knots and knead out tension, whilst the body of the shell beats heat into larger surface areas, relaxing the tissues.

Coconut Poultice Massage

(Coming soon!)

Poultices packed with shredded Coconut are bound and steamed before and throughout the treatment. The Poultices rock, roll and pound into the tissues whilst the muslin seeps warm coconut oil into the skin, providing deep hydration whilst physical stress is released.
Warm Thai Ginger & Lemongrass oil soothes and uplifts the senses.
