Voucher is valid for 1 year from purchase date - expiry date will be clearly displayed on the Gift Voucher.

Voucher expiry cannot be extended - please ensure the recipient is aware of the validity period.

Please ensure recipient keeps the voucher safe - our business cannot be held liable for lost/damaged vouchers.

Voucher must be presented at the treatment appointment - the treatment is fully chargeable by cash/card in instances where the voucher is not presented. 

Voucher can be used towards part or full payment of a product or service.

Change cannot be redeemed from Gift Voucher balances.

Any vouchers sold as part of a promotional event (eg Black Friday), cannot be redeemed against any other promotional offers or existing discounted services/products.

Refunds cannot be claimed against Gift Vouchers.

The salon holds a strict 24 hours (minimum) cancellation & re-schedule policy. Cancellations/re-schedules within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a charge of 100% of appointment fee. This will be chargeable against the Gift Voucher, or must be cleared by card/cash before new appointments will be accepted.
